4. Payment Terms
The following terms apply to all payments:
- Full or partial payment (as agreed) must be made before work begins on any project or campaign.
- Payments can be made via the methods communicated by our team (bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed modes).
- Any recurring or monthly retainer must be paid in advance for that billing cycle.
- Delayed payments may result in pause or delay of ongoing services.
5. Refund Policy
The following refund policy apply to all payments:
- Once payment is made and work has started, it is non-refundable. This includes ad account setup, campaign creation, content, design, or development work already initiated.
- Once client onboarding is complete, payment cannot be refunded, regardless of the outcome, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the project begins.
- If you wish to discontinue services, any outstanding or already-invoiced amount for work completed remains payable.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Digital marketing outcomes (leads, rankings, sales, traffic, ROI) depend on multiple external factors, including market conditions, competition, your website/product/pricing, industry demand, and platform algorithm changes (Google, Meta, etc.).
We do not guarantee specific results, and The Branding Media is not liable if your business does not achieve the expected outcome from a campaign, provided the agreed strategy and deliverables were executed as planned.
7. Employment & Staffing Services
Where we provide staffing, hiring assistance, or personnel placement as part of our services, our role is limited to recommending or facilitating candidates/resources. We are not responsible for the ongoing performance, conduct, or employment outcomes of any individual placed, and any employment relationship is strictly between the client and the hired individual.
8. Third-Party Access
If you grant access to your accounts, platforms, or systems (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, website hosting, CMS) to any third party, whether an employee, freelancer, or another vendor, The Branding Media is not responsible for any data loss, unauthorized changes, security breach, or financial loss resulting from that third-party access.
9. Intellectual Property
Strategies, creatives, and materials developed by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the specific final deliverables (e.g. website, designed creatives) transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Branding Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity, arising from the use of our services or website, beyond the amount actually paid for the specific service in question.

We may update service details, pricing, or website content at any time without prior notice.
